Yorkshire Squash are looking to fill the voluntary role of Executive Secretary who's role it will be to service committee meetings and the AGM, as well as update required guidelines that they have to follow. Up to £100 training incentive could be available.

Executive Secretary
Yorkshire Squash are looking for a volunteer to fill the role of Executive Secretary. The role of the Executive Secretary would be to service meetings of the committee and the AGM (Annual General Meeting). They will also be required to update required guidelines of good practice relating to legal structure, insurance, data protection, risk assessments, and junior welfare.
In order to complete this role the volunteer must have previous experience working on committees and also have awareness of the legal and good practice criteria for high performing voluntary associations. Having good computer literacy is also essential criteria.
A benefit of being the Executive Secretary for Yorkshire Squash is the satisfaction of doing the not so glamorous but essential tasks that give Yorkshire Squash the ability to promote and support squash in Yorkshire.
