Fundraising & Grants Officer
POSITION IN ORGANISATION
Reports To:Club Treasurer
Responsible For: Events, Grants
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To plan and organise fundraising activities for the Club.
- To bring relevant fundraising opportunities to the attention of the club board to make sure that they are directed and supported.
- To coordinate activities (as required) with other relevant functional areas of the Club.
- To make sure that all fundraising supporting materials are ordered and available to use for members of the Club.
- To collect fundraising money to pass to the club Treasurer.
- To keep, clear and accurate accounts of fundraising activities as requested by the Club Treasurer.
- Monitor and accurately record the success of fundraising activities.
- Form fundraising teams and co-opt volunteers as necessary.
