This role main purpose is to manage, coordinate and plan fundraising also apply for grants.

POSITION IN ORGANISATION

Reports To:Club Treasurer

Responsible For: Events, Grants

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To plan and organise fundraising activities for the Club.
  • To bring relevant fundraising opportunities to the attention of the club board to make sure that they are directed and supported.
  • To coordinate activities (as required) with other relevant functional areas of the Club.
  • To make sure that all fundraising supporting materials are ordered and available to use for members of the Club.
  • To collect fundraising money to pass to the club Treasurer.
  • To keep, clear and accurate accounts of fundraising activities as requested by the Club Treasurer.
  • Monitor and accurately record the success of fundraising activities.
  • Form fundraising teams and co-opt volunteers as necessary.
