About Healthy Heart Grant England (North)

Apply for funding of up to £15,000 for adult community projects in England (North) that promote a healthy heart. Funding is available for new community projects working with adults, that focus on promoting healthy hearts and reducing the risk factors associated with heart diseases. Projects must focus mainly on one or more of the following: healthy eating, physical activity, smoking and/or alcohol consumptionGrants are only available for small, registered charities or CIC's with an annual income of less than £1 million.

The application period closes at 5pm, 3rd June 2026 - so don't miss out on this great opportunity.
