Stocksbridge Running Club, established in May 2023, serves as the hub for runners of all levels in Stocksbridge and nearby areas. With the support of Stocksbridge Park Steels Football Club, it aims to foster a community of passionate athletes. Members engage in various disciplines, including road, trail, fell, and cross-country running, with options available for both recreational and competitive participants, from parkrun enthusiasts to seasoned masters competitors.
