About Penistone Parkrun
Penistone parkrun is a vibrant community event that takes place weekly at the Penistone Show Ground. This free 5k run is open to everyoneâwhether you prefer to walk, jog, run, volunteer, or simply enjoy the atmosphere as a spectator. It fosters an inclusive environment for participants of all fitness levels, making it a celebrated occasion in the Penistone community. Every Saturday at 9:00 am, participants come together to engage in this friendly event organized entirely by volunteers. With over 197 events and 8,352 finishers, it's a great way to get involved, meet new people, and enjoy a morning of fitness and fun.
