JJ's Gymnastics Academy

JJ's Gymnastics Academy, a vibrant gymnastics club located in Pontefract, is dedicated to nurturing gymnasts from the age of 4 onwards. With a friendly team of volunteers, the academy offers a variety of classes including both general and women's artistic gymnastics. Affiliated with British Gymnastics, they compete at all levels, from local competitions to national championships. The facility has evolved over the years, now boasting its own venue after being established 35 years ago, and is named after the late John Jefferies, the original founder. Classes include badge programs, recreational training, and competitive squads, providing a comprehensive environment for young athletes to develop their skills and confidence in gymnastics.
