Denby Dale Athletics Club is a vibrant community of athletes based at The George Inn in Upper Denby, West Yorkshire. Established in April 2015, the club caters to both seniors and juniors, with training sessions designed for all skill levels. Adults meet on Tuesdays at 7 pm and juniors, aged 8 to 16, practice on Wednesdays at Shelley College, focusing on the essential skills of running, jumping, and throwing. The club hosts various events throughout the year, encouraging members of all ages to participate in a range of running competitions, including local road, fell, and trail races. The club thrives on inclusivity and supports every member's running journey, whether for competition or fitness.
