About Active U Sword Sisters Goldthorpe
Sword Sisters is is a program for girls and ladies to learn the sport and get active. It is a program of fitness, fencing and fun. We use Fencing to help build confidence, tone and get fit.
Sword Sisters is fun program where we use fencing strength, agility and core strength exercises to help get you fighting fit. We also use fencing Sparring to help build confidence and self esteem to allow you to take part in more sport or activity. It is a great way to start exercising in a fun way.
We meet every monday at Goldthorpe Parish Hall 10.30 to 11.30
