About Active Fusion
Active Fusion advocates for the importance of physical education and physical activities in the lives of children and young people. To take action, we deliver projects and programmes, designed by the Fusion Team with support from children and young people and their families.
As a charity we work to increase the physical activity of children and young people from the age of 3 to 24. We do this primarily through high quality Physical Education in schools and through a diverse portfolio of physical activities in communities.
We work to raise the aspirations of children and young people to develop pathways into the physical education sector, providing opportunities to take a lead and by giving back to the charity through volunteering.
Development & Operations Manager

Active Fusion has a rare and exciting opportunity to join its ambitious charity that makes huge and positive impact to children’s lives. We are looking for an experienced individual to lead our Operation Management. Working as part of the Senior Management team you will lead the day-to-day operations of Active Fusion, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, and continuous improvement of operational processes to support the organisation’s mission and goals. This is an exciting opportunity to develop the charity that will enable us to help support and change more young people's lives.
