Join Helen for this easy going tai chi and qigong session.
The class takes place on the ground floor and it is accessible for wheelchairs.
The sessions can be enjoyed standing and seated. We encourage people to go at their own pace and rest as they feel.
Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. You do not need a mat or special clothing.
