Join Helen for a seated tai chi and qigong session.
This session is ideal for people who would like to try tai chi but would prefer to take part seated. The session will emphasise focus and relaxation.
The class takes place on the ground floor.
We encourage people to go at their own pace and rest as they feel.
Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. You do not need a mat or special clothing.
