PRE booking must be made (no drop ins)
TRANSFERS you must give me 24 hours notice for the money to carry over to the next class. I do not offer refunds (too messy)
PLEASE don't forget your £6 for GLOWSTICKS on the night (cash only) - LED battery powered - Batteries last many classes if looked after and the batteries are replaceable. (you NEED them as they make it all more FUN and work the arms)
Participants must be 16+ to join (14+ if accompanied by an adult and its been discussed and agreed prior to booking)
Please arrive 15 minutes before the class starts (admin and stuff)
