Women And Girls Coaching In Association With BRC

A coached session with 2 Breeze Champions who have L1 coaching qualifications. Suitable for women and girls. A maximum of 10 spaces available. We may split in to 2 groups of 6 including the coaches. Under 16's can be signed up to take part with out an adult, although adults must remain at the Showground in a segregated area, whilst the session takes place. We will take you through a series of fun activities to enable you to be more confident on your bike, get you prepared for future coaching, group riding and ultimately riding more regularly and having fun! Helmets are compulsory. Please bring your own bike, any bike welcome, though BMX should have any stunt pegs removed. Please bring your own water bottle, snacks, hand santiser, & face mask (for emergencies, doesnt need to be worn for coaching unless you prefer to) Social distnacing measures in place. Track and trace measures by signing up to the session is also implace. A very relaxed environment. Our coaching will take place alongside a general Go ride coaching session with coaches from Barnsley Road Club but is a separate event. So there may be a Male presence around. Please let us know if you have nay questions or concerns. The coaches on this session are both DBS checked, trained female coaches. After the coached session, a ride of up 10 miles may be offered along the TPT. Sign up on the day. Please note if Children who have taken part in the coached session wish to go on a ride they will need to have an adult willing to accompany them.
