Pilates Mixed Abilities

Pilates is an exercise that improves posture and alignment, improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the whole body. On this course we will look a the fundamental and principles of Pilates working through the original 34 Pilates moves. Our classes are taught in small groups which gives a friendly workout session. Using small equipment enables everyone to make progress at your own pace and offers challenges to your workout. Mat and small equipment is provided all you will need to do is bring yourself and a bottle of water. Wear fitness clothes or whatever you feel comfortable to wear for exercise but wear layers as you may get hot. As we work on the Mat you can either wear socks or be barefoot.
