Online HIIT Yoga Class

HIIT Yoga is a combination of Yoga and High Intensity Interval Training. The session lasts for 45 mins. We do some cardio intervals and then lots of stretching and strengthening exercises, with some breathing and relaxation thrown in for good measure! I always offer different options for different fitness levels so that everyone can work at their own pace.
