FitSteps is a new, UK based dance program that aims to bring the glamour and fun of Strictly Come Dancing to your doorsteps! Created by pro dancers Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe and championed by former Olympic swimmer Mark Foster, FitSteps takes the dances from the hit BBC series and puts them into easy to follow mini routines. FitSteps is fun and is true dance and is suitable for both men and women of all levels of dance and fitness
