Boxing Sessions (non-contact) for all abilities age 7 and above, including Adults

Unorthobox is a non-profit Community Interest Company (C.I.C). We are the only mixed ability boxing provider in the U.K. and target our provision at people who are least likely to be engaged in sport. The social enterprise is at the forefront of the growing Mixed Ability movement, challenging barriers to participation across a range of groups. All of our participants work together - we don't segregate disabled participants and/or participants living with chronic health conditions; our sessions are fully inclusive promoting community cohesion as well as health and wellbeing.

The content of the training is the same as in a general boxing gym, with the exception of sparring. In our sessions we have participants from all backgrounds and abilities. Our participants ages range from 7 years old to 82 years old, we have no maximum age limit.

If you have your own boxing gloves please bring these with you to the session. Please don't worry if you don't have your own gloves, we will have gloves available to use that we sanitise after use.

Your first session is FREE!
