Gentle easy but effective exercise to music, standing or seated with no getting on the floor, only fun easy movements within your own capability to enable your body to move better. Each class is structured, begins with a 10-minute warm up called ‘The Flow’ designed to stretch and release fascia, improve circulation and lymph flow. Dance and slow exercise segments are alternated to provide a gentle aerobic workout, focusing on specific problems, such as shoulder mobility, back health and strengthening.
